In 2011 a group of us took a bus tour with your company to NYC and had a great time. As result of the original trip I have spoken about it so much and how well the trip went the first time, that some other friends of mine decided to take the NYC tour as well.
I cannot say enough of how your company delivered what we were looking for and then some. The trip was great from beginning to the end.
Many thanks to Pam and Ken who made the experience even better and provided us with a wealth of information. Both of them made us feel awesome, they provided guidance, assistance, their knowledge of the local area was beyond expectations, from sightseeing to local attractions; hotel accommodations were just perfect. You could see how much both of them enjoy their jobs.
Without a doubt I will continue using your travel services, specifically if Pam and Ken will be working together. Ken’s driving skills must be commended as he was simply outstanding and Pam was a great reflection of your company as well as a good will ambassador .
I am looking forward to more trips with your company. Happy holidays and a Happy New Year.
